The meeting will be held in Oslo, the capital of Norway, a modern city beautifully situated at the head of Oslo Fjord. The city limits encompass wilderness areas as well as an array of restaurants almost unparalleled in Scandinavia.

The scientific program will be determined later and we invite you to contribute your work to help us build a strong and exciting scientific program.

The target groups for the meeting are scientists, traffic police and lawyers, official and organization delegates dealing with traffic safety, risks combined by use of alcohol and other drugs.
